The global crisis of COVID-19 has brought the whole world to a standstill. It has also highlighted the fact that change is eminent and one should adapt to it quickly to overcome adversities.
At Rossari Biotech, our approach towards things has always been positive and it has remained the same during the current scenario of the pandemic.
In March 2020, as soon as the lockdown was announced, we swiftly aligned our resources and strategized our short-term plans for business continuity. At the time when businesses were shutting down their operations, we laid down a plan to increase the output of our products that would still move during this period.
Rossari Biotech has always had a culture of learning and quick action, and we are glad that our employees have absorbed this culture quite well. They have displayed immaculate skills of quickly adapting to a new situation to embrace the new normal and transitioning towards working from home.
Our management committee has also showcased its exemplary leadership qualities by taking quick decisions and staying in touch with our investors and stakeholders on how the situation is being managed and monitored.
With the newly laid out SOPs for the safety of our employees, and their complete cooperation, we were able to boost our production and meet the market needs of products such as sanitizers and surface disinfectants.
While the nation went under lockdown, we were able to keep our operations running efficiently with the supreme efforts of our workforce. Their hard work and determination have helped us contribute towards the safety of our society and our community.
Consistency and agility have always been the traits that Rossari Biotech has followed to become India’s leading specialty chemicals manufacturer and we are proud to uphold these traits even today.
Currently, as our employees are coming back to work, we have established a new set of protocols for their safety and are looking forward to stimulate the economic recovery of our nation by optimizing our manufacturing process.
Lastly, we are proud to emphasize on the fact that even amidst the pandemic, “we were locked but not down.”
