Description

Safety and Handling
Material must be handled as an Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and following the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.
• Substantial improvement in asphaltene solubility is observed in case of solvent with a suitable dose of Dispersant. Core flow studies using a mixture of Xylene, Toluene, Naphthalene and suitable dose of Unitop-DISPERSOL-6102, show significant improvement in the rock permeability and appreciable pressure drop in the fluid flow.
• UNITOP-DISPERSOL-6102, impregnated solvent wash of asphaltene damaged core facilitates easy removal of absorbed asphaltenes from the rock surface.
• The efficiency of Unitop-DISPERSOL-6102 is evaluated based on its ability to disperse and keep the asphaltene in suspended form. Crude oil samples were distilled off, up to a temperature of 280 deg C and the residue is used for evaluating the efficiency
• Effectively penetrates and dissolves waxy deposits resulting in significantly less production downtime.
• Works at ambient temperatures and is noncorrosive for simplified treatment designs. Designed for easier and safer field application versus to traditional hot oil treatments.
• Low treatment cost – low price/gallon and cold treatment saves energy expense used in hot oiling. The efficient cleaning lowers the chance of wax deposits blocking production, decreases overall production downtime of wells as compared to hot oiling regimens, and it has a proven ability to extend equipment lifetime.
