One of our customers (washing machines manufacturer) had encountered a problem wherein the details on the control panel of their latest washing machine model were getting erased after multiple washing cycles.
Along with the washing machines, they also sold their own branded detergent. After careful research, we determined that the high alkalinity of the existing detergent was the main cause of this problem.
Solutions given by Rossari:
To provide our customers with seamless solutions, we worked on modifying the existing laundry detergent by reducing the alkali content in the formulation without hampering its performance. Accordingly, we added certain in-house compatible surfactants which drastically improved the cleaning performance of the detergent. The modification of alkalinity to a neutral level arrested the damage that the detergent was causing on panels of the new model of washing machines.
We received a positive response from the various trials taken at end-user premises. Good detergency results, no damage to the garments or machine, stable product – these are some of the key remarks we received from the existing customers.
Our longtime client needed continuous pretreatment of the fabric for which they purchased a machine from a German company. The machine aimed to bleach the greige fabric as well as wash indigo dyed fabric. However, the machine focused on washing off indigo dyed fabric instead.
Solutions given by Rossari:
Team Rossari took this opportunity to study the machine and conducted trials. After multiple tests, we broke our recipe into different parts and ran the process with altered parameters. With this improvised formula, we finally established the process that had better results than the conventional method.
Since the last two years, this process has been running successfully without any errors on the client’s machine and has no competition in the market.
