Mr. Edward Menezes is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of our Company and mentors the Company’s technical, manufacturing and marketing initiatives. He is one of the founders of the company and has been a member of our Board since incorporation of our company. He comes with a vast breadth of experience spread over 34 years of having worked in textile processing in mills. He joined Clariant India (formerly Sandoz) where he spearheaded various functions such as technical services, product development, marketing and business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree of science (technology) in textile chemistry from University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT). He also holds a master’s degree in marketing management from Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. Edward Menezes was also awarded ‘UAA Distinguished Alumnus technology day award, 2013’ by Institute of Chemical Engineering (erstwhile UDCT).

Mr. Sunil Chari is the Managing Director and Co-Founder who drives the growth of Rossari Biotech Limited. He is one of the founders of the company and has been a member of our Board since incorporation of our company. His passion for the business, people and processes provides Rossari a competitive edge in the marketplace. With over 30 years of experience in textiles and ancillary chemicals, he brings to the table his vast knowledge and market wisdom. Prior to founding our Company, he worked in a variety of textile processing and dyestuff industries.. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from the Kakatiya University. He also holds a diploma in technical and applied chemistry from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute (VJTI). Mr. Chari is the bedrock on which Rossari has built its juggernaut of a sales and distribution network and he continues to capably drive our expansion in the market and steer the Company’s finances from strength to strength.

Mr. Aseem Dhru is an Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed on the Board of our Company on November 12, 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from H. L. Commerce College, Gujarat University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He was previously associated with HDFC Bank Limited as a group head and was a director on the board of HDB Financial Services Limited and HDFC Securities Limited. He is currently the chief executive officer and managing director on the board of Small Business FinCredit India Private Limited.

Mr. Gurudas Aras has more than 40 years of experience in the textile industry and he is the former Director of the Textile Engineering Group, A.T.E. and was associated with A.T.E. Group from 1981 until his retirement on 31st March 2021. During his tenure, he led a team of 130 professionals and played a significant role in the company’s growth in the textile engineering sector. He is also on the advisory board and board of Studies of VJTI, Mumbai, and is a member of the advisory editorial board of ‘The Textile Magazine’ and ‘Indian Textile Journal (ITJ)’. Currently, he also serves as a strategic advisor to APS GmbH, a German company in the field of robotics and automation, and is a Business Advisor to Rabatex Industries and Yamuna Machine Works, both from the textile engineering field. Mr. Aras received the prestigious TAI Appreciation Award, also known as the “Service Gold Medal,” from the Textile Association of India in December 2018, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the textile industry.

Esha Padmanabhan Achan has completed her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Wellinkar Business Institute – Mumbai in 1989. She is a finance professional with a proven track record with 33 years of rich experience at senior management as a Group President & Global Head leading Global Business, Finance and Treasury operations of MNC and publicly listed companies like Glenmark Pharmaceuticals & BAJAJ, encompassing Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling & Budgeting, Acquisitions, Fund Raising, Investor Relations and Treasury & Risk Management.

Aparna Sharma made her foray into the corporate world through NOCIL and moved into different roles in the Human Resources function in organisations like Monsanto, Novartis, UCB, Deutsche Bank, Lafarge & Greaves Cotton. With over 26 years of rich and diverse industry experience across Building Materials, Banking & Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals (including KPO), Biotechnology & Petrochemicals in HR, she is currently contributing as a Board Mentor with various boards & as an advisor to various corporates in areas such as Strategic Leadership, Planning, Organization Behaviour & Strategy for Board Room Effectiveness, Organization Culture & Development, Leadership Relationships, Temperamental Traits & Derailment Factors within Boards etc. She has a number of awards and recognitions associated with her name-few of them are Bharat Gaurav Puraskar- 2022, Excellent Woman HR Professional of the Year- 2021, Most Influential Women in Academics-2020, Indian HR Champion of the Year-2019 etc. and celebrated author of two best-selling books namely “Between U & Me – Ordinary People, Extraordinary Lessons” and “Reality Bytes – The Role of HR in Today’s World”. Ms. Aparna Sharma has completed her Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PM&IR), from TISS Mumbai in 1996.
