2003 - 04

Co-founded by Edward Menezes and Sunil Chari in 2003
Initial incorporation as a partnership firm called Rossari Labtech
The name of the partnership was changed to Rossari Biotech
Acquired a strategically located 10-acre plot of land in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, India

2006 - 08

Established an advanced large-scale manufacturing facility at Silvassa
Awarded the status of 'One Star Export House' by the Government of India
Received ISO certification 9001:2000 and 14001:2004 for plants at Silvassa
Awarded as the 'Corp Excel 2008' National MSME from amongst 27,000 companies in the running
The firm converted into a Joint Stock Company as Rossari Biotech Limited
Diversified into Animal Health and Nutrition (AHN) and Construction Chemicals

2009 - 11

Received the 'Frost and Sullivan Award' for customer value enhancement of industrial enzymes
Obtained approval for textile auxiliaries' range by the Global Organic Textile Standards
Recognized as the leading innovator in the textile industry
Commenced supply of Animal Health and Nutrition (AHN) products to Zoetis, one of the world's largest producers of medicine and vaccines for pets and livestock

2013 - 15

Launched HPPC (Home, Personal Care and Performance Chemicals) division with focus on Laundry and Industrial Cleaning Chemicals
Established a representative office to cater to the textile division in Dhaka, Bangladesh
Formed a joint venture with the German company – Buzil Werk Wagner
Acquired a prime 13-acre plot of land at Dahej GIDC (Bharuch, Gujarat, India)
Commenced supplies to leading washing machine and dish washer manufacturers for laundry detergents and dishwasher liquids

2016 - 19

Awarded the 'Jamnalal Bajaj Award for Fair Business Practices'
Bestowed with the 'SME 100 Award' from Axis Bank
Received the 'Best Vendor Award' from Arvind Mills
Won the prestigious 'Economic Times Award for Innovation and Sustainability'
Acquired Lozalo International, a leading veterinary cosmetics brand, to expand our Pet Care portfolio
Crossed the turnover of ₹5,000 million

2020 - 21

Successfully launched an IPO, with Rossari Biotech debuting on the NSE and BSE
Became a Zero-Debt Company
Established the Rossari Centre of Excellence, a state-of-the-art certified R&D laboratory at IIT Mumbai, India
Fully commissioned all phases of the greenfield manufacturing facility at Dahej, Gujarat, India
Partnered with CSIA and Mumbai Airport to install branded dispensers and supply sanitizers
Expanded into e-commerce by strategically listing HPPC products on Amazon

2021 - 22-23

Issued ₹3000 million to existing institutional investors and buyers preferentially
Recipient of the prestigious Golden Peacock Business Excellence Award
Acquired Unitop Chemicals, the leading manufacturer of surfactants and specialty chemicals
Acquired Tristar Intermediates and its high-tech distillation manufacturing facilities
Strategically invested in Romakk Chemicals, a leader in silicon-based derivatives
Acquisition of Trio strengthened product portfolio and market position
Recipient of the Golden Peacock Award for Innovation for Dr. Nanoxa.

2023 - 24

Honored with the BioSpectrum Excellence Award as the Best Indian Industrial Enzyme Company
Recipient of the FICCI Special Jury Award in 'Innovation in Water Technology'
Expanded Freshee, Naturesani and Galaxy Surgicals (All under BRPL)
Awarded Golden Peacock Award for Innovative Product for its Flap-Based Waterless Urinal System
Unitop Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. honored with the PMFAI Company of the Year Award

2024 - 25
